When & How?

How Much?

Those with less severe needs start with 1/2-1 gummies (12.5 – 25mg of CBD)
Those with more severe needs start with 1-2 gummies (25 – 50mg of CBD)

These are perfect! My buddy even threw is other brand out and got some after trying these. 10mg is perfect and the new improved flavor is better than the others I’ve tried. I take one a couple hours before bed and my sleep has improved dramatically. Whether through better sleep, or the gummies, my stress has been down as well. Definitely recommend these!

I am new to using CBD and these gummies were recommended to me. The taste is...lingering and medicinal, but not so had I can't stomach it. The orange is like a bitter orange, so it isn't too bad, but the lemon and grape are rough. The product itself has been a great help. I sleep a little better and my shoulders feel lighter.
