If you've never ordered before:

Registering automatically enrolls you for the program. With each order you place, you'll receive an email confirming your graduation to the next level.
If you're a current customer with an account:
Simply log in to your account when you shop!
Your customer level will automatically increase when each qualifying order is shipped. When this happens, your account will reflect your new pricing and you'll be able to claim it on your next order.
As an active Loyalty Club member, all you need to do is log in each time you shop. You'll see your member pricing applied throughout the site as well as notices across the site letting you know your discount is being applied. Here is an example of the notices you'll see:

A: Absolutely! The savings apply to both standard and subscription orders. If you start a subscription, your discount will increase automatically with each shipment.
Q: Does the Loyalty Club stack with the referral program?
A: Yes! You can unlock even more savings by referring your friends and family. Any referral credit earned automatically applies after your Charter Buyer Club discount is applied.
If you were a founding member of our Charter Buyer Club we thank you for your participation. As promised we've granted you 20% off for life by lowering the retail prices of our products in November of 2022 - in-fact we decreased prices up to 25% in some cases!
While we've sunsetted the Charter Buyer Club, the new Loyalty Club is it's replacement. We've adjusted the discount scale and requirements slightly, but hope you'll find it's very familiar territory and continues to sufficiently reward you for your purchases with us.
To ensure that you're treated as the special client that you are, as we transition to our new Loyalty Club program we've graduated you automatically into the new club based on your previous Charter Buyer Club status. That means if you were a gold member of our Charter Buyer Club, you're a gold member of our Loyalty Club.
