Good product but melted in transit

The shipping melted down the soft gels significantly in transit (USPS) to Texas and unfortunately lost potency.
I know this is not due to Big Sky so I didn't want to request a refund or anything, but it is something to consider if you are ordering from the south.
I wish it could've worked out better.

I purchased these after trying out BSB gummies and wanted to introduce CBD into my daily vitamin routine after feeling the benefits of taking the gummies when needed for my anxious feeliongs. These are so easy to swallow and I just take it after breakfast. I'm feeling great and definitely feeling balanced after being on them. I have to confess I use these for my dog, he is a 75lb mix who has torn both ACLs and is now over 10 years old, he gets 1 in the morning and 1 at night. I have found it helps him sleep better at night and he rests better during the day. This product has been a God send. I know it's not really for dogs but I was desperate to find a product that would work and this does.
