When & How?

Take gummies in the morning, evening, or both.

How Much?

Those with less severe needs start with 1/2-1 gummies (12.5 – 25mg of CBD)
Those with more severe needs start with 1-2 gummies (25 – 50mg of CBD)

I love the gummies! They're much better tasting than my gummy vitamins, and I feel they dissolve and go to work quickly. I have to keep them in a cabinet, not on the counter; otherwise I'd be popping them all day. I'm watching all carbs, too, so they're a quick little sweetie that doesn't raise my blood sugar.

I have been using these gummies to treat anxious feelings since February (roughly 3 months), and they are a huge help! I typically take one before leaving the house in the mornings, and I take an additional gummy roughly 1 hour before stressful points in my schedule (no more than 2 per day, usually just the morning dose).
My focus improves and my nerves go down, generally kicking in 30-60 minutes after eating a gummy. Taste is good, effects are great!

These gummies are so effective for on the spot stress relief. Also helps as a sleep aid. They have a bit of an after taste but it’s not awful and you become accustomed. I recommend to everyone I know will benefit from them

I got these as a free sample with my order, but they work really well. As others said the flavor isn't really like candy or anything - it's kind of herby - but you get used to it. I am excited to order a 30ct and I hope they make these in a 25mg / gummy variety as well.
