Shipping & Store Policies


Shipping

Big Sky Botanicals is currently shipping within the USA only. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 1:00 pm Mountain time are eligible to ship same day. A tracking number is provided via email after the order has shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS based on the following criteria:

  • Orders less than $89 are shipped free via USPS First Class or may be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail for $4.95 during checkout.
  • Orders $89 or more are shipped free via USPS Priority Mail.

For your privacy, we utilize standard shipping boxes without CBD or hemp related markings on the package. The 'from' name on the shipping label is "Big Sky Botanicals".

Lost Packages

If a package carrier's tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you can't locate it, please take a moment to check your porch area, planters, doorways, fences, and with your neighbors. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact us within three (3) days of the delivery date so that we can schedule a driver to follow up. If the shipper is unable to locate the package at that time, we will assist you in replacing the order. However, if you don't contact us within the three (3) day time frame, we are not liable for the lost package.

Packages Sent to the Wrong Address

When placing an order, be sure that your address is correct. If an incorrect address was provided online by the customer, then the customer is responsible for the costs of re-shipping. Packages will be re-shipped once the original package has been returned to us.

Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products except 90 ct bottles and 750 ml tinctures. If you need to return a product, you have 30 days from the original order date to do so. Returns are limited to one return or exchange per customer. We do not accept returns based on taste.

Returned items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please enclose your original order receipt. The original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost incurred on your return shipment is at your expense. However, the cost of shipping exchange items back to you will be covered by Big Sky Botanicals.

Extreme Heat Shipping Notice for Softgels

Our softgels have been observed to melt in the bottle when exposed to temperatures of 105°F and above for an extended period. When shipping to hot climates, this can result in softgels which have stuck together or completely melted on arrival. The biggest threat is when a package sits outdoors or in a hot mailbox for extended periods of time.

Please consider this carefully. If you live in an area experiencing extreme heat we highly recommend shipping the product where it can be received on delivery or is delivered inside. If you cannot make this happen, please consider our oil-based or water-soluble tinctures as a great alternative which are not at risk of melting.

Note: exposure to these levels of heat will NOT damage the chemical contents of the product. The product will still be effective.

Damaged / Defective Product

If you receive a product which has been damaged or arrives defective, please contact us within 3 business days to arrange an exchange. If no defects or damages are reported within 3 days, we assume the product has arrived in good condition and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Coupon Codes

Limit one coupon code per order. When placing a new order that contains subscription items, coupons do stack with the subscription discount.

Product Availability, Prices, Orders

All purchases are subject to product availability. We may limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person, household, or jurisdiction.  Prices for our products are subject to change at any time, at Big Sky Botanicals' discretion. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping charges.  We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse orders.  In addition, if we believe an order is false or fraudulent, we reserve the right to inform the relevant authorities.
